DEAR MEMBERS,since at least two years,Beninese people were involved in e-business activities with one agency called ICC Service.this agency's role is to take money from its clients and in a period of three month is able to pay amount of money according to the deposit money.For exemple 150.000f CFA CAN generate every term 60.000f CFA for a period of 12 month when the deposited is returned to the onwer.So, the government of my country supported the agency because of its social action.But, since three months,ICC is not capable to pay its clients and the ngovernment is quiet........
